1. Booking Fee / Deposit

​

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date.

  • This fee covers time spent on preparation, planning, and securing your time slot.

  • If you cancel for any reason, the booking fee will not be refunded.

2. Full Payment and Session Cancellations

​

  • Full payment is due before your session or event, unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations made 20 days or more in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 20 days of the session are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of emergency or force majeure (see section 5).

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee if with in 5 days for session date.

3. Digital Product and Service Refunds

​

  • Due to the custom nature of photography and videography, no refunds will be given once editing or delivery of digital files has begun.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address your concerns. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer reasonable revisions or adjustments at our discretion.

4. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shorter session time and will not be compensated with additional time or refund.

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

5. Force Majeure / Emergencies

  • In the event of illness, natural disaster, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond either party’s control, we will work with you to reschedule your session.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, you may receive a partial or full refund (excluding the booking fee), at our discretion.
